Shipping policy
Overview

Signature Rugs Australia ships to almost all postcodes in Australia. See the undeliverable postcodes section below before placing your order.

Order confirmation

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. We will then confirm stock availability with our supplier. If an item is unavailable or on backorder, we will contact you promptly and cancel or refund the order if required.

Dispatch

Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment being received and confirmed. Delivery timeframes begin after the order has been dispatched from our supplier's warehouse.

These timeframes are estimates only. We are unable to guarantee delivery on specific dates or times. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@signaturerugs.com.au.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Most couriers require a non-PO Box address for delivery.

Damages

Please inspect your order carefully on arrival. If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@signaturerugs.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. Do not dispose of the item or packaging before your claim is finalised.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to our supplier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery costs will apply. If the courier is unable to deliver and no safe place is available, your parcel will be taken to the nearest collection point or depot and you will be notified.

Undeliverable packages

In the unlikely event your parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, our customer service team will contact you via email to arrange re-delivery.

Undeliverable postcodes

Due to carrier limitations, we are unable to deliver to certain postcodes. If your postcode is undeliverable, your order will be cancelled and refunded automatically. Contact us at support@signaturerugs.com.au if you have questions about delivery to a remote area.
